Description
We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to join our team as Vice President of Human Resources. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, from developing and implementing HR strategy to managing employee relations and ensuring compliance.
You will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support our continued growth.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with the executive team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business goals.
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and risk management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Attract, recruit, and retain top talent by developing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy.
- Manage employee relations, including resolving employee concerns, conducting performance reviews, and administering disciplinary actions.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to help employees grow their skills and careers.
- Oversee the HR department budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with all levels of employees and management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
- Experience in building and leading high-performing HR teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in the pest control industry a plus.
