A Project Coordinator or Installation Coordinator will handle all aspects of coordinating instrument installations for LSG or CDG instrumentation.

The coordinator will receive the order, take ownership of a case, contact the customer, obtain critical logistical details, collaborate with Field Service for scheduling options, manage the order and prepare to enter it into TMS, create waybill, send documents to the customer, collaborate with Sales, assign all work orders and answer all installation related inquiries.

Project Coordinators also handle deinstalls and instrument move requests, as well as coordinate replacements for out of box failures at install.

Project Coordinator will ensure all installation documentation is compiled and attached to case, and will ensure all service reports are uploaded.

Will assist FSE’s in obtaining customer signatures via DocuSign, which are critical for timely revenue recognition.

Provide a seamless experience for customers, especially new customers by making the installation process painless and easy for them.

A smooth instrument installation sets the stage for a satisfied and loyal customer.

  • Makes an impact on revenue recognition by negotiating ship dates with customers and shipping systems as quickly and efficiently as possible for speedy revenue recognition
  • Reduce administrative burden on Sales team and FSE team by communicating directly with customer for all critical installation details and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with Sales to prioritize installations and remove roadblocks to scheduling.

What You Bring :

  • Education : Associates Degree or High School diploma with equivalent work experience.
  • Work Experience : 1 to 3 years as a project team member preferred with customer service experience.
  • Strong customer service, negotiation, conflict resolution, project coordination, organizational, and time management skills along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with SalesForce, Service Max, SAP, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams.

Compensation : The estimated annual salary for this position is $59,100 to $101,000 at the time of posting. This range is inclusive of all geographic locations within the United States*.

Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of an offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compenstion, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.

This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.

Minimum reflects our lowest paying locations, and the top end reflects our highest paying locations. The range in your geographic location will vary but will be within the indicated ranges.
