Responsibilities :
As a Sales Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in identifying qualifying and nurturing leads for our sales team.
You will be responsible for :
- Team Leadership : Mentor and coach junior SDRs contributing to their professional development.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Develop and execute effective prospecting strategies to identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Cold Calling and Outreach : Conduct targeted cold calls and outreach campaigns to engage with prospects and build rapport.
- Sales Qualification : ess lead quality and determine their fit for our products and services.
- Pipeline Management : Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads through the sales process.
- Sales Enablement : Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and enablement.
- Data Management : Accurately track and manage lead data in our preferred CRM system Salesforce.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Sales Development Manager or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal ss.
- Excellent cold calling and lead generation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management ss.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce).
- A pion for sales and a desire to succeed.
