Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as the National Sales Director at LFI. As the National Sales Director, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day sales activities, managing a sales team, conducting market planning, and implementing effective sales strategies.

This role is based in Philadelphia, PA, with flexibility for some remote work. In addition, the role will focus on driving direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales through our product website, Amazon, and social media platforms.

Developing and managing a customer membership program will also be a key responsibility. If you can also handle external partnerships, that would be an added advantage.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
  • Strong Team Management skills
  • Proficiency in Market Planning
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing sales teams
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in landscaping maintenance companies or large chain enterprises preferred
  • Experience in DTC product sales, Amazon sales, and social media operations
  • Ability to develop and manage customer membership programs
