Position Overview
We seek an Associate Attorney who shares our commitment to capable, caring, and effective advocacy. This hybrid position offers the opportunity to develop expertise in sophisticated family law matters while maintaining work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle diverse family law matters ranging from :
- High-conflict custody cases
- Complex high-asset divorces
- Support and modification proceedings
- Uncontested matters
- Draft comprehensive legal documents and pleadings
- Participate in settlement negotiations and court proceedings
- Develop litigation strategies while pursuing amicable resolutions
- Maintain strong client relationships through compassionate, clear communication
QualificationsRequired
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellence in legal writing and analysis
- Commitment to client-centered representation
- Superior organizational and communication skills
Preferred
- Family law experience
- Experience in both litigation and settlement negotiation
- Background in high-asset or high-conflict cases
- Pro bono experience
