Roles and Responsibilities :
We are looking for a highly capable IT support specialist to provide technical assistance to our staff. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance, and securing data.
You will also be required to advise on IT equipment upgrades. You will contribute to the increased productivity by ensuring IT systems run efficiently.
Job Duties :
- Communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Maintain and complete IT reports in a timely manner.
- Research required information and resolve inquiries using available resources.
- Utilize ticketing system software to prioritize and manage tickets to meet the needs of the organization.
- Assist with technology implementation in-house, as well as technology liaison with clients.
- Ensure client technology is compatible with our own, and adjust as needed.
- Assist in the development and implementation / test / document all IVR queues and recordings.
- Stay up to date on the latest technology, including bringing forth ideas for consideration by department management.
- Ensure technology is secured in a way that meets accreditation and federal standards for the security of information, monitoring all security procedures, patches, and practices.
- Assist in maintaining technology requirements and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining technology platforms and licenses.
- Identify and escalate issues as appropriate to outside vendors.
- Assist in the management of IT budget and get approval through the proper channels.
- Work alongside IT Managed Service Provider to ensure monitoring is taking place as needed and technology upgrades are made on schedule.
- Work alongside IT Managed Service Provider to ensure resolution of any IT-related items managed by vendor.
- Other job duties as assigned.
Required Skills :
- Excellent written / verbal / interpersonal communication skills sufficient to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of contact center and reporting technology.
- Ability to install and troubleshoot software / hardware and desktop Windows systems, as well as mobile devices
- Strong Computer skills with proficiencies in Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Dynamics, Cloud-Based Software, and Tableau.
- 1+ years working in IT
- Information Technology education preferred
- Excellent command of the English language, and effective use of grammar skills.
