JOB SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES

We have an associate role on our DEI team within the Human Capital Management (HCM) division.
As a member of the DEI team, you will play an important role in delivering a global diversity and inclusion framework introducing practices and processes that create an even stronger culture of inclusion for all our people.
Key responsibilities :
- Design and develop world class, innovative, DEI strategies and execute initiatives with proven impact and external profile
- Strengthen our external brand as a firm that values and celebrates diversity to attract and retain the best talent
- Drive accountability and governance for global representation aspirations and other board commitments
- Leverage data and metrics to inform our approach, communicate priorities and measure progress
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a corporate environment preferred
- Demonstrated interest and experience in inclusion, community building, talent management, coaching, advocacy efforts, and / or other related fields
- Excellent project management and data analysis skills
- Results-oriented with ability to synthesize and manage multiple complex often ambiguous, time-sensitive projects with variety senior stakeholders
- Strong verbal and written communication and ability to work with ambiguity, with a demonstrated client focus
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage confidential information and exercise sound judgment and risk management
- Expertise in Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience in a global team environment
