What Matters Most :

• $20.00 - $22.00 per hour staring pay (DOE) 1st shift opportunities
• $2.00 / hr. Shift differential for 2nd shift opportunities
• 1st Shift 6 am to 4 : 30 pm - M-TH work schedule with required OT as needed
• 2nd Shift 4 pm to 2 : 30 am - M-TH work schedule with required OT as needed
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for career growth and stability
• On-site position located in High Point, NC or Browns Summit, NC

Your New Role :

As a Welder, you will have a huge impact on the team meeting production goals for the organization.

What Y ou N eed :

• Ability to pass a 3G and 4G welding test using the GMAW process on 3 / 8 materials.
• Experience welding steel using MIG wire feed processes.
• A positive attitude with great verbal communication skills
• A safety conscious mindset
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
