The Entry Level Account Sales Manager opening is the ideal opportunity for those looking to break into the field of sales and marketing.

Account Sales Manager Training

Our client believes in a mix of practical and theoretical training. You’ll participate in both classroom training sessions as well as learning on the job.

You will receive training in all areas of campaign management, including but not limited to; administration, client relations, team leadership, finance, sales and customer service.

In the initial stages of this role, you will participate in all areas of our business so you can master the role from the ground level.

Along the way, you will be guided by a personal mentor, helping you to hone your skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Once you’ve mastered the basics of sales, marketing and customer service, you’ll then have the chance to take on more responsibility, managing a full project, client budget and team.

Requirements :

This is a junior position therefore, we don’t require any specific work experience or qualifications. However, in order to be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria :

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for business or marketing would be preferred
  • High level of social & emotional intelligence
  • Great time management - working to deadlines will be a part of the role
  • A team player, as well as being focussed on your own development, to help everyone achieve their targets and objectives

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Learning how to mentor, train, develop, and manage your own team
  • Becoming fully acquainted with clients' products and services, having strong product knowledge to be able to represent them with complete confidence
  • Selling products and services on behalf of their clients, learning sales and expert Customer Service techniques
  • Increasing brand awareness by promoting clients to their target demographic and beyond!
  • Developing strong leadership skills to build a high-performance, cross-functional team environment
