We are thrilled to officially open our new office in Plano Texas, and we are building an SDR team to help fuel further growth.

As part of our newly built SDR team in Plano Texas, you won't just be achieving targets - you'll be part of a brand newly assembled SDR team that's shattering records, kicking down doors, and accelerating market change.

In the past year, we've achieved record-breaking numbers, consistently exceeding our performance goals across the board. By joining us, you'll be part of a company that isn't just succeeding - it's thriving.

We have all the tools and insights to enable your success, including a best-in-class sales development academy that is set up to launch careers.

We expect 60-70% of our Account Executive, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering roles to be filled by our SDR team. We truly have built one of the greatest SDR programs ever in SaaS and have promoted multiple SDRs to leadership and closing roles in recent quarters.

Our program is led by Krystelle Asaker, aka Kiki, a truly amazing and progressive sales leader focused on driving her team's personal growth and our diversity efforts across the company.

Sales Development Responsibilities

  • Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, including strong phone skills and willingness to spend most of the time making sales calls.
  • A team-centric attitude, while also being comfortable managing your independent workload
  • Problem-solving with creativity, and approaching challenges with a positive attitude
  • Display strong interpersonal skills through active listening and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to handle objections well, coupled with an unrelenting drive and persistence to work past resistance and barriers.
  • Embrace a consultative approach. A significant key to success in this role will be to ask the right questions and communicate effectively so as to identify and understand how our product set fits within the goals and marketing strategy of potential clients.

Sales Development Qualifications :

  • Proven track record of achieving results
  • Drive to be coached to success
  • Superior interpersonal and communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Flexible to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and prioritization skills
  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm
  • 1+ year of direct sales experience, preferably in B2B environment is a plus
  • Capability with Salesforce.com and LinkedIn is a plus

Other Compensation : Bonus eligible

The final compensation will be determined by a number of factors such as qualifications, expertise, and the candidate's geographical location.
