Job Summary
The project assistant will provide assistance to the directors of Building Maintenance, Landscape Service, and Building Services.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
- Performs data entry of physical assets into asset management software.
- Collects data points from shop supervisors and enters data into preventative maintenance templates.
- Assists in the development of the annual repair and replacement schedule.
- Assists in the development of annual event SOP's for Facility Operations to include but not limited to : Little 500 setup and tear down, Memorial Stadium football preparatory work, and Memorial Stadium winterization.
- Assists in updating building sign condition assessment.
- Develops schedule for power washing building exteriors.
- Other projects as they arise.

Additional Information
16-20 hours per week
Commitment to work at least two full semesters
Schedules are set on a semester basis
Our office is open 7 : 30 AM - 4 : 00 PM Monday to Friday and closed on official University Holidays.
