QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE
Proven experience as a lead systems engineer on a software development program.
A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws / regulations, with 5+ years of relevant experience;
or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience; or, without a degree, 10+ years of relevant experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
Experience with any of the following : radar sensor integration, track filtering and management algorithms, or systems such as Link 16 Tactical Data Link, Command and Control (C2), Surveillance / Radars, Air Traffic Control, Mission Planning, Missile Systems, or
Shipboard Combat Systems (Aegis, SSDS Mk II).
Familiarity with systems engineering standards (ISO / IEC / IEEE 15288, Mil-Std-499B) and best practices.
Proficiency with systems engineering tools such as DOORS, Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect, or Cameo.
Experience with Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and its application as a Cost Account Manager (CAM).
