We are hiring an Application Engineer III (Front-End Developer) to work in Annapolis Junction, MD. Position location is subject to change based on central MD client's needs.

Required : TS / SCI with a Polygraph

The Application Engineer will be an integral part of the team as a Front-End Developer. Responsible for developing new user interface (UI) applications and toolsets to help the customer to automate some of their internal tracking tools and information gathering processes and modernize the current environment to enable quicker delivery of mission information, enhance operations, and improve situational awareness.

Individual Capabilities / Experience Required :

• TS / SCI Polygraph required
• All experience and education will be in a technical field directly related to the labor category being proposed and all diplomas, GED certificates, and degrees will be from accredited institutions.

Ten (10) years minimum experience and a High School Diploma / GED. Eight (8) years minimum experience and an Associate's Degree.

Six (6) years minimum experience and a Bachelor's Degree. Four (4) years minimum experience and a Master's Degree. Two (2) years minimum experience and a Doctorate's Degree.

• REACT, Angular, Strong web design and front-end UI experience
• Background in DevOps development
• Experience building Docker / containerized micro-services
• Experience with JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks
• Experience with Agile development, GitLab, and CI / CD pipelines, Containerization best practices, CSS pre-compilers (SCSS, LESS)

Individual Capabilities / Experience Desired :

Experience with Golang, Python, 508 Compliance, Experience with Kubernetes cluster development, Management and monitoring;

understanding of AWS and / or OpenStack environments, Experience with dependency mapping; knowledge of database relationships across various customer data sources, SQL, MySQL, Testing, and Requirements development, Self-starter with strong attention to detail
