SUMMARY
Will superviser twomaintenance technicians and work in conjunction with variousdepartments such as Production support and ManufacturingEngineering of two buildings to ensure that machines or equipmentare properly maintained or repaired when necessary.
Maintain a comprehensive TotalProductive Maintenance (TPM) program to ensure machines are fullyoperational and manufacturing is not disrupted by unplannedoutages.
POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES .
- Perform electrical ormechanical troubleing to determine problems in nonfunctioningelectromechanical equipment used in the manufacturingprocess
- Dismantle adjust repair and embleequipment according to layout plans blueprints operating manuals ordrawings
- Use test and diagnostic equipmentto perform checkouts
- Rebuild manufacturing equipmentas required
- May perform equipmentmodifications as directed by manufacturingengineers
- All employees are responsible forthe Quality of their work to ensure meets or exceeds CustomerSatisfaction.
- Communicate professionally withmachine manufacturers parts suppliers andsubcontractors
- Manage parts ordered withsuppliers
- Manage appropriately machinesubcontractors to include they meet safety requirements andcompany’s protocols
- Perform daily weekly monthlysemiannual and annual TPM activities for all the equipment toensure overall efficiency reducing down time and maximizing uptime
- Maintain relationships with keythirdparty vendors and OEM manufacturers to identify critical spareparts for key equipment

QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience supervising mechanical orelectrical equipment manufacturing maintenance technicians.
- Comprehend OSHAstandards in regards to performing workduties
- Effective verbal communicationand interpersonal ss
- Ability to take onresponsibilities as required
- Demonstrate high attention todetail
- Ability to support a 24 / 7 globalbusiness operation as required
- Ability to work overtime whenneeded
- Ability to work with diversegroups
- Effective multitasking andprioritization ss
- Demonstrate teamwork and theability to operate on diverse project teams with moderatedirection
- 2year degree preferred orequivalent combination of education and experience as approved byexecutive management
- 3 years of mechanical orelectrical equipment manufacturingexperience
- Proficient with handheldmechanical and power tools and testequipment
- Demonstrate qualityworkmanship
- Effective problem solving ss andthe ability to identify viable solutions under moderatesupervision
