Director Corporate Strategy
Leadership position within the Internal Strategy and transformation team of a global investment bank
Responsibilities :
- Work with C-level executives to advise, develop, and design large scale transformational initiatives spanning multiple business lines and geographical locations
- Oversee the project structure, approach and process and manage overall project delivery to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Outline proposals to acquire new projects and to gain buy-in from relevant stakeholders
- Forge collaborative and insightful long-term relationships with internal leadership
- Present regular project status updates and commentary to Head of Internal Consulting Group
Requirements :
- MBA from a top-ranked business school with 7+ years strategy / consulting experience within a top tier consultancy firm and / or similar function within financial services
- Clear and Succinct communication and presentation style with experience working in a dynamic, global environment
- Keen ability to define solutions for complex and / or rapidly changing issues and to develop corresponding core messages
- Desire to work within a steam lined team with high exposure and associated accountability and to maintain unerring ethical and business standards
