Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Video Content Programmer who is comfortable and proficient in working with Content Management System (CMS) tools.
The successful candidate will be an organized, thoughtful, team-oriented self-starter with a keen eye for detail, thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
This role is essential for curating and promoting engaging video content that resonates with audiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Curate and manage video content for Client TV, the Client TV app, and Client TV+.
- Utilize CMS tools to schedule and publish content effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely content launches.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to drive future programming decisions.
- Maintain an organized content calendar and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Provide editorial insights and recommendations for featured content across genres.
- Stay informed about the latest trends, titles, and viewer preferences in both network and streaming platforms.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in video content programming or a similar role.
- Proficient in using CMS tools; familiarity with AirTable and Wrike is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Client TV, the Client TV app, and Client TV+ content.
- Passion for video, especially television, with a broad understanding of network and streaming titles, including surprise hits and fan favorites.
- Strong editorial perspective on current viewing trends and recommendations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Familiarity with video content analytics and performance metrics.
- Experience in a fast-paced media or entertainment environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through video.
