General Manager Responsibilities :
- Manage, train, coach, and develop mobile team
- Experience in high-volume fast-casual
- Excellent Attitude, hard-working, and patient
- Maintain required records including food production, inventory, income / expense, vehicle costs, dry goods, paper product labor, and facilities
- Experience in BOH
General Manager Requirements :
- Experience in fast casual dining concept
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Significant cooking experience in a high-speed kitchen environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
