About the Position :
Our client, a prestigious global law firm with a large Chicago office, is seeking a tax controversy / litigation attorney to join its practice as a mid-level associate.
This preeminent practice handles high-stakes tax disputes in the U.S. and internationally and has repeatedly earned recognition for being one of the top tax practices in the country.

Responsibilities :
- Assist with representing clients in a variety of tax disputes including, withholding tax issues, tax credit qualifications, exempt organization qualification, partnership issues, and state and local taxes
- Handle audits, administrative appeals, as well as tax court and district court litigation
Required Qualifications :
- 3 or more years of tax controversy / litigation experience
- Excellent academic credentials
