Are you a dedicated attorney with a passion for helping the injured?
Do you have at least three years of experience on either the plaintiff or defense side, with skills in taking and defending depositions?
If so, we want you to join our dynamic team.
Located in Waterloo and Iowa City, we serve clients statewide and receive numerous referrals from other attorneys seeking our expertise.
We are seeking an ambitious and skilled Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney to join our reputable law firm.
In this role, you'll :
Assist in complex trial and deposition preparation
Brief complex and novel tort issues
Have the opportunity to handle your own cases autonomously
Potentially establish a satellite office based on your experience and availability
Who You Are :
An admitted attorney in Iowa with a passion for representing injured individuals.
Experienced in taking and defending depositions.
Ambitious, with a desire to build a reputation within the community and establish yourself as a leader in the bar.
Ready to plug into an expanding personal injury practice and develop an active trial practice or play a support role.
