The main goal of a customer success team is to providesupport for customers as they transition from the sales pipeline(prospects) to the support pipeline (active users).
Youre typicallyresponsible for maintaining customer loyalty upselling existingcustomers to new features within the product fostering longtermrelationships with your customers facilitating overall customerservice and ensuring that your customers are achieving the goalsthey were looking to achieve when purchasing yourproduct.

Responsibilities
- Drive the successful adoption and onboarding ofthe services to help customers realize the business value of ourpartnership and offerings.
- Guide customersthrough the changes needed to unlock the full value of our productsand help their staff train and align their people and partners todeliver on transformation.
- Partner withbusiness development teams and executives to develop strategic andtechnical plans that help customers achieve their businessobjectives.
- Coordinate internal resources tosupport product delivery implementation anddeployment.
- Identify and analyze customersneeds to help the internal team improve productoffering.
- Output and share customer successstories and best practices in theindustry.
- Maintain client relationship byproviding support and paying attention to the market dynamics risksand problems that may affect customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree orabove;
- At least 5 years of B2B customer successcustomer service or account management experience in SaaS relatedfields;
- The deep understanding of the beautyindustry is preferred;
- Bilingual in English andSpanish is preferred;
