Responsibilities
Customer Support : Respond promptly and professionally to commercial clients' inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Account Maintenance : Assist with the renewal process and handle routine policy service tasks efficiently.
Documentation : Accurately document all client interactions and service requests in the system.
Problem Solving : Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in policies and facilitate resolutions.
Client Education : Provide clients with information regarding policy coverage, premiums, and any modifications.
Feedback Management : Gather and relay client feedback to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirement
Education : High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or insurance is a plus.
Experience : Previous commercial lines CSR experience with an independent agency required.
License : Active Property & Casualty License in Oklahoma required.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
