Director of Rehabilitation Therapy
- BS Minimum and at least PT, OT, or Speech License.
- Hospital experience needed.
- Perfect step up for a manager.
- CARF regulated hospital and their outpatient / rehab is at 95% capacity.
- Reports to the COO.
- Yearly department growth, tons of room for growth in this large organization, and dynamic executive team.
As the Director of Rehab Therapy, you'll oversee a team therapists across inpatient and outpatient settings, working directly with our accomplished Administrator.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee a team of therapists (inpatient and outpatient)
Manage 2 supervisors
Ensure compliance with CARF regulations
Maintain and improve upon client’s award-winning therapy services
