Sr. Product Manager, F5 Distributed Cloud Platform

Job Requirements

  • Drive platform scale and performance initiatives in collaboration with Engineering and Architects .
  • Define High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and observability requirements and improve platform resiliency.
  • Define and execute the cloud infrastructure expansion strategy.
  • Drive initiatives to meet data sovereignty and data localization requirements in collaboration with the GRC Teams and other key stakeholders.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B SaaS products
  • Minimum of 7 years experience in Product Management in the Technology industry
  • Demonstrated experience in driving data center / cloud infrastructure deployment and expansion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and manage multiple priorities at the same time.

How to stand out? (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Understanding of Kubernetes, containers, microservices and related environments, and cloud-native ecosystem
  • Understanding of AWS, GCP, or Azure networking and security architecture.
  • Understanding of application delivery and application security concepts including OWASP Top Ten (Web Applications and API Security)
  • understanding of networking, layer 3 / 4 networking (TCP / UDP), Programmability at the data plane and control plane (REST, OpenAPI), and knowledge of HTTP, HTTPS, SSL Certificates, etc.
  • Deep understanding and perspective of the broader technology ecosystem from code, build-deploy, run, and secure the application.

The annual U.S. base pay range for this position is : $160,666.00 - $240,998.00

F5 maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, geographic locations, and market conditions, as well as to reflect F5’s differing products, industries, and lines of business.
