Brighton House is a 78-bed skilled nursing facility seeking a Full-Time RN or LPN Evening Nursing Supervisor to lead its evening shift.
O ur compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. You must have strong clinical skills, be a team player and ability to lead.
The Facility would also consider part-time interest if two candidates were interested in splitting the 40 hours role .

Requirements for Evening Nursing Supervisor :
- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
- Registered Nurse / RN licensure, preferred
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting preferred.
- Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care
- Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred
Job Duties for Evening Nursing Supervisor :
- Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
- Supervise nurses and CNAs
- Manage staffing changes
- Support family inquiries and screen visitors
- Coordinate patient / resident referrals with central admissions
- Ensure high quality resident / patient care
- Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
