Our client is a thriving Am Law 50 international law firm. The firm is a high profile member of the local communities it does business in, supporting a variety of social programs and charities.
Our client is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support a C-Level executive in their busy San Francisco office.
Our client has a 3 in office and 2 remote hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all communications including phone and email inquiries and taking appropriate action required.
- Assist with inquiries from vendors.
- Prepare and edit documents, correspondence; and PowerPoint presentations.
- Collaborate on administrative projects.
- Manage busy and rapidly changing calendar and coordinate participation for scheduling meetings, conferences and seminars.
- Manage subject matter and preparation for various meetings including agendas, meeting materials, and schedules.
- Oversee all facets of travel arrangements including documentation needed for foreign travel.
- Assist in various aspects of planning and implementing projects and initiatives.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 7+ years as an executive assistant / assistant to senior leadership or partners, law firm preferred.
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Advanced technology skills, proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong research skills and proficiency in utilizing electronic searches and databases.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous requests.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Salary : Up to 120K, some flexibility depending on experience. Outstanding benefits package.
