Full Job Title : Quality and Product Development Project Manager
Location : New Bern, NC. Open to anyone in the US provided they're able to relocate (comprehensive relocation packaged provided).
Compensation : 88-120k + 8% bonus
Summary
We’re looking for a Project Manager to join the Refrigeration / HVAC department at a global, multibillion dollar manufacturing company based in New Bern, NC.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for achieving project goals and meeting deliverables by overseeing all project aspects, from organizing project teams to communicating with stakeholders and managing risks.
This position also supports project planning before approval to ensure all requirements are effectively integrated.
Responsibilities
- Lead small to medium regional product projects.
- Oversee new product projects, aligning with development processes, focusing on milestones, costs, and quality.
- Conduct risk management and report on project status to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop project application requests and manage the approval process.
- Organize project teams and manage regular team meetings.
- Ensure effective information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive successful product strategy implementation and perform additional project duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering (required).
- Project Management Professional certification (preferred).
- 4+ years of experience in project management, product management, development, or similar areas in a manufacturing environment (required).
- Quality experience (preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of product specification processes (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
