TempExperts is seeking an English / Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join a government organization in Tampa, FL .
This is an immediate hire opportunity.
Responsibilities will include :
- Process inbound calls from potential applicants in need of social services.
- Answer questions about programs, application processes, document requirements, etc.
- Work in multiple tabs and multiple screens on a computer.
- Exemplary attendance and punctuality.
- Maintain utmost professionalism and confidentiality. Required Skills and Attributes :
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- 1-3 years previous experience in an administrative / customer service industry.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, processing a high-volume of inbound calls.
- Proper phone etiquette, including a positive demeanor.
- Ability to multitask between incoming calls and logging notes / orders.
- Speak and type clearly and accurately, using proper grammar.
