Radiac, is looking for a CNC Operator to join our superabrasive team in Oswego. This position is responsible to : Manufacture turned and milled parts from various raw materials according to a given blueprint.
Create, read, understand, and modify existing Mazatrol Conversational programs. Visually inspect product for burrs, damage, rust and other defects.
Measure product using prescribed gaging. Identify the need for and complete tool changes as needed. Inform management of any maintenance issues or problems related to a job.
Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork associated with production parts. Verify piece count and traceability of product.
Maintain organized and clean work area. Communicate all problems and other work related issues with supervisor. Receive, understand and follow all written and oral instruction.
Maintain meet or exceed rating on performance evaluations Comply with all company policies and procedures in including safety and attendance requirements.
Resolve day-to-day issues by working effectively with others. To quality you must have : Minimum 2 years CNC lathe experience Minimum of 2 year experience in a machining environment.
