Cook Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations
Plating prepared foods based on senior chef's guidance
Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed on time
Washing, cleaning, and storing the kitchen equipment at the end of shifts
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures
Preparation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations
Cook Shift Info
Rotating Shift, 5 : 30am and 2 : 00pm to 2 : 00pm and 10 : 30pm
Monday - Sunday
Cook Qualifications (Requirements / Skills)
Cook experience preferred
GED / High School Diploma
Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
Completion of a culinary program preferred
High school diploma / GED
Excelling in a variety of cooking styles and techniques
Knowledge of food safety rules and regulations
Able to read and follow standardized recipes
Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere
Able to pass a background check
Able to work in the US
