Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in project / program management and documentation
- 5+ years background in preparing training materials from project materials
- 5+ years previous technical writing experience on major projects
- 1+ years Basis2 system and training experience
- 1+ years Water billing process experience
Specific skill set required
- Producing detailed documentation using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and departments
