HR and Office Coordinator
This is an entry level position.*
Position will be ONSITE for the first 90 days, with the opportunity to go hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day from home) after 90 days, pending performance.

Rose Financial Solutions (ROSE®) is seeking an HR and Office Coordinator with experience in full cycle recruiting (including, but not limited to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer extension) for a financial or professional firm and administrative office coordinating duties.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative problem solver with a passion for helping connect qualified applicants with the opportunities ROSE has to offer while helping to support the office and the firm on site.

Your responsibilities vary based on your assigned department and clients, but are likely to include : Full Cycle Recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, resume review, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews with leadership, candidate feedback, sending and collecting Pre-Employment Documents, sending and receiving of Computer Testing, conducting reference checks, and offer extension.
Collaborating with hiring managers on team needs and priorities of the team, collaborating with HR to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire with Onboarding, retrieving, sorting, and scanning mail, maintenance of office inventory, coordination of meetings, events, catering, etc.
and any ad hoc tasks needed to support the functions of HR and Office Administration.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or other related field required
- 1-3 years' experience in full cycle recruiting
- Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage personal and leadership time effectively when scheduling interviews
