Reviewing, scanning, updating logs and digitally filing technical document files (drawings, equipment design documents, manuals, etc.
Scanning historical documents, updating logs, and filing digitally. -You will work closely with Technical, Inspection and Document Control.
QUALIFICATIONS : -The ability to lift 30lbs-An eye for detail and high level of accuracy-Organization skills (oversized flat files, filing cabinet and shelf filing)-Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook-Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat or similar software-Experience working with many types of files, physical and digital-Experience with industrial technical documentation is desired-2 years of experience as a document control specialist or related work experience.
