Work Schedule :
50% FTE, day / evening shift. Monday through Friday with weekends included. This position rotates with other Office Assistant positions to cover PM Monday Friday and weekend shifts.
Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to :
- Assist the Radiology department with administrative duties.
- Work closely with Radiologists in the reading rooms to streamline workflow to reduce disruptions during interpretations for exams.
- Answer pages, phone calls, take messages and respond accordingly on behalf of the Radiologist.
Education :
Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
Work Experience : Minimum
Minimum
One year of experience in an administrative support role
Preferred
- Three years of experience in an administrative support function.
- Previous experience in a health care setting.
