Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to join our close-knit team and contribute to our continued growth and technological advancement.

About the Role :

As an Application Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our business operations.

Your responsibilities will include supporting a heavily customized Infor Syteline ERP system, managing user and module provisioning, configuring systems, and leading the deployment and integration of new software.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive innovation and bring positive changes to the company and the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide day-to-day support for a customized Infor Syteline ERP system.
• Manage user roles, system provisioning, and module configurations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain SSRS reports.
• Participate in feature requirements definition and user evaluations.
• Drive improvements in data interconnectivity and structure to enhance enterprise performance.
• Consult with management to determine software solution requirements and recommend features for new systems.
• Estimate support requests and manage project timelines.
• Assist with IT tasks, including Helpdesk support and database / server maintenance.
• Support system upgrades and migrations; experience with version 9 to 10 upgrades is a plus.
• Provide user administration and support for Avatax, Map My Customer, and BI Tools.
• Administer the Service Desk and support corporate strategic initiatives as needed.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Infor Syteline.
• Proficiency in Infor Syteline, DocTrak, and Bartender.
• 5+ years of SQL experience.
• Experience with Mongoose programming language.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to provide status updates.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and support various platforms.
