Location : Norfolk, MA, but covers MCI Framingham. Travel is required

Pay rate : $67,000-$69,000 / annually

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm. May need to work an evening shift depending on program needs

Qualifications :

• LADC, CADC, or actively pursuing licensure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Criminal Justice, Human Services, Education, Counseling or closely related field.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Corrections experience preferred.

The Program Director is responsible for :

• Managing the Victim Impact Program within guidelines per contract specifications.
• Ensuring assigned staff comply with Spectrum Health Systems and the Massachusetts Department of Correction (DOC) policies / procedures and standards.
• Organizing, implementing, and supervising the program design as defined by the program manual.
• Ensuring compliance with on-going analysis and use of the quality assurance system as defined by the State Director.
• Working with the State Director / Regional Director to formulate corrective action plans when necessary.
• Identifying staff development needs and opportunities.
• Staff scheduling to ensure consistent program coverage.
