ETS seeks a Business DevelopmentRepresentative for Mastery Transcript Consortium (MTC) to support efforts togrow and expand MTC’s global and national membership of individual publicand private schools, as well as micro schools and non-traditional learningorganizations.
A leading advocate of competency-based learning models, MTCplays a unique role in enabling schools and learning organizations to issuecredentials that document and provide evidence of participants’ learning andaccomplishments in relation to locally targeted skills and competencies.
MTCdevelops tools that help educators and learners capture knowledge and skillsgained regardless of where this happens.
Responsibilities :
Sales Support - Provide direct support to the sales team by responding to inbound inquiries and moving the contacts into qualified leads.
Ensure that all administrative
and communication aspects are handled in a highly interpersonally / effective way.
- Sales Strategy Execution - Assist in the execution of sales strategies. Provide feedback on where the sales cycle needs improvement
- CRM Management - Maintain accurate records of all sales contacts, reporting systems, and sales databases in Salesforce.
Provide regular reports to management
on sales metrics, opportunities, and threats.
Process Improvement - Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Implement
new tools and technologies as needed.
Training and Development - Document sales techniques, processes, and tools. Ensure that the entire sales team is knowledgeable about the latest sales practices
and problems.
