About the role
Prepare food items from In-Room Dining menu according to guest order, following recipe, production, portion, and presentation standards.
Work all stations on the line (grill, sauté, cold line) during the overnight shift.
Complete mise en place and set up the station for overnight room service .
Demonstrate strong knowledge of health codes and a full understanding of all knife cuts.
Operate, uphold, and properly clean kitchen equipment while maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment.
Label and date all food containers and rotate them as per policies.
Check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull, and line setup.
Note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages.
Return all food items not used to designated storage areas.
