Senior Manager People Analytics
A company is looking for a Senior Manager - People Analytics to drive data-driven HR initiatives and storytelling through data analysis and visualization.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct data analysis to uncover trends and provide actionable recommendationsDesign and create visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings effectivelyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics efforts with organizational goalsRequired QualificationsMaster's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, IT, Data Science, or related field with 4+ years of experience in People Analytics -OR- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of experienceDemonstrated portfolio of data visualization packages or storiesAdvanced proficiency in data analysis tools and visualization platformsStrong understanding of HR metrics and analytics methodologiesExpert proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint or similar slideshow software
