Role Overview : We are seeking Lead and Senior Analysts to act as IT liaisons for our Logistics and Supply Chain businesses.
Transportation and Logistics : Drive insight generation and capability delivery through business and functional requirements.
Advocate for broader use and adoption of systems, staying current on transportation and warehousing capabilities.
Supply Chain : Transform existing applications to better enable business decision-making. Understand Integrated Business Planning principles and concepts, and drive outcome-based conversations across the organization.
What You’ll Do :
Identify and analyze system integration needs.
Document roadmaps, requirements, proposals, integrations, configurations, and process flows.
Align with solution and enterprise architects for consistent, supportable data and processes.
Gather use cases and define business requirements for transportation private fleet capabilities.
Relationship Management :
Provide strategic business analysis to drive capability development.
Partner with stakeholder teams to document business cases.
Serve as the bridge between business problems and technology solutions.
Manage customer relationships and stay current with stakeholder needs and strategies.
Cultivate strong business relationships by understanding needs, processes, requirements, systems, and terminology.
Functional Responsibilities :
Analyze business processes or systems and assess their integration with technology.
Drive identification of requirements across business units.
Document business requirements and detailed functional and technical specifications.
Participate in project delivery and process optimization.
Identify change management processes and techniques.
Develop and execute test plans.
Maintain awareness of best practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
Evaluate implementation options and recommend the best solutions.
Provide guidance and feedback to junior analysts.
Requirements :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
Experience : 3-7+ years in Information Systems or related field.
Experience in gathering, documenting, and validating integration requirements.
Knowledge of agile management software and processes.
Knowledge of agile management software and processes within Jira or similar agile tooling.
Computer Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Transportation : Technical experience with a variety of platforms including but not limited to SAP, Blue Yonder WMS, FourKites Dynamic Yard, SAP Transportation Management, Transportation Execution System, McLeod LoadMaster Enterprise, DHRT.
Supply Planning : Experience with SAP IBP S&OP and Demand & Supply, S4 / HANA modules MM, MRP, MPS, PP / DS and PP-PI are a definite plus.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to tell the story. Ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences including customers, peers, and senior leadership.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
Advanced troubleshooting and mentoring capabilities; basic project management skills preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively across the team with a growth mindset propensity towards action and learning.
Ability to work independently and set priorities based on key milestones, impact to strategic initiatives, and high-level direction of management.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-paced environment.
Ability to process individual and team performance retrospectively, synthesize lessons learned, and apply new behaviors toward more successful outcomes.
You’ll Impress Us If You Have :
Experience with business process modeling.
Experience writing technical documentation.
Understanding of Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and integrating with ERP systems.
Basic knowledge of Jira, Micro Focus ALM, Clarity, ServiceNow, or similar.
