A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and Chat Representative to support healthcare providers.Key Responsibilities : Advocate for providers by resolving issues related to benefits, eligibility, billing, and clinical authorizationsHandle inquiries through calls and chat, triaging contacts from healthcare professionals effectivelyCollaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of provider issues and promote self-service digital toolsRequired Qualifications : High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experienceAt least 1 year of customer service experience with problem resolutionExperience with computers and the ability to navigate complex systemsTyping speed of 35-40+ WPM with 90% accuracyAvailability to work full-time during designated hours, including potential overtime and weekends
