Our client is a VC firm, looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant to join our awesome team. If you’re detail-oriented, love solving problems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! This is an ongoing temporary position, with potential to go perm.

Location : San Francisco, CA

In office 3-4 days a week

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain great relationships with our team and external contacts.
  • Handle confidential info with discretion and care.
  • Manage multiple calendars, schedule meetings, and handle complex scheduling challenges with ease.
  • Stay on top of communication, and quickly respond to urgent inquiries from internal and external folks.
  • Keep an eye on details and juggle multiple tasks while staying organized.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience supporting multiple managers or large teams.
  • A real team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive and positive with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Resilient and able to manage various projects while meeting deadlines.
  • Discreet and diplomatic, with excellent judgment for handling sensitive info.
  • Super detail-oriented with strong calendar management skills.
  • Skilled in Gmail, Google Calendar, Salesforce, and familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Zoom.
  • Comfortable working both remotely and in the office.

Compensation : $48 / hr - $55 / hr
