What you'll do
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing and GTM strategies in service to our Chief Marketing Officer, broader Executive team, and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Lead marketing operations, including business strategy development, planning, marketing automation, lead management, and data analysis and insights
- Develop and implement pipeline development plans with cross-functional marketing and sales leads
- Define and establish measurable objectives for the marketing organization and key marketing pillars, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Create and refine models for attribution and measurement of impact across marketing initiatives and channels
- Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams to align marketing operations and GTM strategies with business goals and objectives
- Cultivate strong executive relationships and become a go-to resource on company pipeline, broadly
- Implement and optimize marketing technology stack to support marketing operations
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing operations and GTM initiatives, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and GTM strategy development
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 12+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on technology companies
- Proven track record of strategic thinking and co-developing marketing and GTM strategies in a B2B / SaaS technology environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Expertise in marketing automation platforms (, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (, Salesforce)
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (, Google Analytics, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is : $168,000$237,900 USDFor all other work locations (including remote), the base salary range for this role is : $151,000$214,100 USD
