Shift : 7 AM - 7 PM (Days)

Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Care :
- Accurately record patient medical histories and vital signs.
- Monitor patient conditions, including fluid intake and output.
- Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and medication administration.
- Collect samples for laboratory testing.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
- Documentation :
- Maintain detailed patient charts and records.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
- Clinical Skills :
- Administer medications, injections, and enemas as prescribed.
- Clean and dress wounds.
- Perform basic medical procedures.
Qualifications :
- Education : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree or equivalent.
- Experience : Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
- Licenses : Current NY State LPN license.
- Certifications : BLS (AHA) certification.
- References : Two professional references.
- Proof of Identity : Driving license or other address proof.
- COVID-19 Vaccination : Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.
