Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for the position of Mechanical Project Manager in Dulles, VA.
Mechanical Project Manager Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Mechanical Project Manager is between $100,000 and $140,000.

Mechanical Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support to a single large project or multiple projects being managed by a Senior Project Managers and supported by Project Engineers.
- Coordinate with craftsman, foreman and the owner.
- Help plan out projects from start to finish with an understanding of all the moving parts involved and what it takes to manage the process.
- Managing financials and making sure the project stays on track.
- Ability to mentor and train.
Mechanical Project Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or construction management.
- 5+ Years’ experience as a Project Manager managing MEP Projects or Mechanical Projects.
- Must know how to run a job successfully, track project production, and build good relationships with clients.
- Strong experience managing mechanical construction projects with a Mechanical Contractor.
- Extensive experience with Process Piping.
- Design / Build and IPD Project Experience, ideal.
- Familiarity with Lean Construction tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but Not Necessary
- LEED AP, CEM
