Our client, an upscale restaurant group, is seeking a strong Floor Manager to join their team in West Hollywood! The successful candidate will ensure all front-facing areas are running smoothly and efficiently including staff management, customer service, and ensuring restaurant profitability.
Responsibilities :
- Responsible for hiring, training, and scheduling all FOH staff
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ensure that all servers, hosts, and bussers provide excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for all guests
- Handle guest inquiries
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure quality of food and service is consistent
- Manage budgets and track expenses
- Coordinate reservations and seating of guests
- Ensure stock levels are maintained, and any losses are accounted for
Qualifications :
- 2-4 years of experience managing a restaurant
- Business management
- Leadership skills
- Strong communication
- Organizational and tine management skills
- Customer service
