Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

• Conducting research to study the structure and function of microorganisms
• Performing experiments and analyzing the results to develop and improve products and processes
• Identifying, isolating, and culturing microorganisms for specific applications
• Collecting and analyzing samples to monitor and control microbial growth
• Developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure product safety
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address microbiology-related issues
• Documenting findings and maintaining accurate records of experiments and tests
• Participating in the development and improvement of laboratory protocols and procedures
• Conducting environmental impact assessments related to microbial activity
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines
• Training and mentoring junior staff in microbiological techniques
• Contributing to the development of new products and technologies
• Conducting literature reviews and staying updated on microbiology-related advancements

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field
• Previous experience working in a laboratory setting
• Strong understanding of microbiological techniques and methods
• Familiarity with microbial cultures, identification, and characterization
• Knowledge of molecular biology and genetic engineering techniques
• Experience in microbial analysis and environmental monitoring
• Ability to interpret and analyze complex data sets
