Job Title : Assistant Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to manage HVAC piping and plumbing projects and contribute to the successful execution of large-scale developments in various industries, including pharma, labs, schools, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and arenas.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, execution, and closing of commercial mechanical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Build and maintain detailed Gantt charts to track project progress and milestones.
- Create comprehensive project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion.
- Accurately estimate and manage change orders, maintaining project scope and budget integrity.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Must reside in Orange County or nearby areas with a proven record of stable employment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years in commercial mechanical HVAC piping and plumbing project management.
- Proficiency in building and managing Gantt charts, project scheduling, and change order estimation.
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects within pharma, labs, schools, data centers, hospitals, hotels, and arenas is highly desirable.
