As a Field Service Representative, you'll collaborate with customers, team members, and third-party partners to perform assembly, startup, diagnostic, repair, and preventive maintenance on a variety of equipment in diverse environments. What We Offer :
- Direct product training and training on digital and physical tools
- Service vehicles, tools, uniforms, mobile devices, and laptops provided
- Home-based flexible work schedule with a 40-hour guarantee (+Overtime) Key Responsibilities :
- Installation, configuration, calibration, and repair of technical products and systems
- Problem-solving with customers, electricians, sales partners, and technical support
- Completion of field service reports, expense reports, and preventive maintenance
- Continuous learning and training on various products Qualifications for Success :
- 2+ years in Field Services or equivalent industry experience
- Ability to travel extensively
- Proficiency in utilizing test and diagnostic equipment
- Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and theory of operation manuals
- Basic understanding of electricity at an industrial level (480v) and three-phase power
- Experience with heating and cooling in commercial, industrial, or data center environments (HVAC-R and / or Universal EPA certificate preferred) "This role requires the candidate to drive a vehicle or combination vehicle and trailer with combined gross vehicle weight rating >
