Program Manager

ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of programs for our government clients, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• The candidate shall provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance and leadership of the execution of this TO.
• Organizing programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
• Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. Creating and managing long-term goals.
• Demonstrated successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this Contract.
• Demonstrated experience in a Department of Defense Information Technology environment
• Shall possess the ability to communicate in both oral and written forms, demonstrating an ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff as well as clients
• Familiarity with Department of Defense security requirements as applied to their subject matter expertise.
• Shall have experience working in an Information Technology environment similar in size (or larger) and scope to this contract
• Strong working knowledge of large, complex Information Technology environments

Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or other field related to work under this requirement, and ten years of experience at a similar level.
• A minimum of ten years of experience managing military community support programs.
• Possess a current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification.
• Possess a minimum of Active DOD Secret Clearance
• Ability to be on site, Washington DC, once per month
