Responsibilities
Support and Service an existing book of business.
Policy Management : Maintain accurate records, update policies as needed, and ensure compliance with insurance regulations.
Risk Assessment : Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate coverage based on their unique requirements.
Renewals and Reviews : Proactively review policies to ensure clients have adequate coverage and address any gaps in protection.
Customer Satisfaction : Build lasting relationships with clients, address their concerns promptly, and provide solutions to meet their insurance needs.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Tennessee Property & Casualty License required.
Experience with Commercial Insurance is Required .
Organizational Skills : Strong organization skills to manage multiple clients and their policies effectively.
Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to interact with clients and team members.
Detail-Oriented : Ability to pay close attention to details in policies, client communications, and data entry.
Team Player : Collaborative mindset to work seamlessly with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.
